WORKSHOP “RESTRUCTURING ORGANIZATION – STARTING POST-COVID-19 EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES”
On October 17, 2021, Ms. To Thi Bich Phuong and Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc represented Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing attended the workshop “Restructuring organization – Starting post-covid-19 educational activities”, organized by Hoang Duc Education Group and their partners: ESI Management Institutes, Brand Doctor Group; KanSin Company Ltd; HoangDuc Autism Center and SEED Center.
The workshop focused on:
- What do special centers/kindergartens need to do in preparing for getting back to work?
- What are the post-covid response measures when adapting to the "new normal"?
- How to find business opportunities, connecting resources, creating and interacting with customers in the recovery and development phase?
- What are the strategies for image building and brand affirmation?
The workshop contributed to helping leaders and managers have an overview and solutions from leading experts for the post-Covid-19 crisis.
