MOTIVATION OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISES

On October 21, 2021, Ms. Duong Phuong Hanh - Director of the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) was invited to participate in a research interview on Motivation to run a social enterprise.

The interview revolved around the following issues: What are the motivations and chances to form CED? What difficulties do you lose motivation and how do you overcome them? How to look at risks and opportunities? Thoughts have changed during the foundation and development of CED? Etc…

Ms. Hanh also shared about the short-term and long-term plans for CED; Think about “Success”, the important things in life. "If I could go back to the beginning, I would still choose the path I went," said Ms. Hanh.

And according to Ms. Hanh, what CED's value has been achieved that she is most proud of is "Everything is possible with CED".
