INTRODUCE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT DEAF PEOPLE IN HOSPITALS

1. Content:

Knowledge: Understand the classifications of hearing impairment based on communication methods, as well as the challenges faced and supportive solutions.
Skills: Acquire skills in basic Sign Language, Medical Sign Language, communication techniques, and support strategies. Be able to develop a support process for hearing-impaired patients in a hospital setting.
Attitude: Develop a correct awareness of proper communication, etiquette, and appropriate levels of support.

2. Learner: Healthcare staff (Doctors, nurses, technicians, social workers, medical secretaries, etc.)

3. Duration: 4 sessions

4. Mode of study: Online on Zoom.

5. Tuition: 3,000,000 VND / person (Includes certificate fee and study materials)
