ART CLASS: STILL LIFE - VASE OF FLOWERS
On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), elementary class students had a fun and engaging art session on the topic of "Still Life - Vase of Flowers."
During the lesson, under the guidance of the teacher, the students together:
• Observed vases and images of different flowers, becoming familiar with recognizing the shapes, lines, and composition of objects.
• Learned how to depict vases and flowers using simple drawings, suitable to each student's ability.
• Practiced skills: independently choosing colors, color combinations, and decorating to create still life paintings with their own unique style.
• Learned creativity: using imagination to express flower vases and pots in their own unique ways.
Each student has a different way of observing and expressing themselves. Some choose vibrant colors to highlight the vase, while others prefer soft, harmonious hues. The playful drawings, diverse arrangements of images, and varied color combinations have created many lively and adorable artworks.
Through art class, students not only learn how to observe and express themselves but also have the opportunity to practice their observational skills, dexterity, and imagination. Each completed artwork reflects the creativity, effort, and joy of the students during their art class at CED.
