CALL CENTER RECEIVING INFORMATION, SUPPORTING PEOPLE IN DIFFICULTY BECAUSE OF COVID-19

 CED would like to inform people with hearing loss and their families about the Call Center 1022 of HCMC Department of Information and Communication.

 

The Call Center is ready to receive information from people 24/7 in order to support as soon as possible in preventing and fighting COVID-19 in HCMC.

 

Please call 1022 - and then press 2 for advices and support on:

 

1./ Information about self, families and neighbourhood, who are in difficult situations that need support for basic necessities (rice, medicine, food…)

 

2./ Information about self or families of people affected by COVID-19, who are beneficiaries of the supporting policies by the State and HCMC but have not received yet the support. 

 

 

3./ Information about other cases in society that need support (lonely old people, orphans…)

 

Please call 1022 - and press 3 for health care advice:

 

1./ Instructions on how to manage when people or family members got COVID-19 or suspected COVID-19.

 

2./ Instructions for health care when people or family members got COVID-19 (F0), or having close contact with people who got COVID-19 (F1)

 

Consultation time for all days of the week, with the fixed timeframe as following:

Morning: from 8:00 to 10:00.

Afternoon: from 14:00 to 16:00.

Evening: from 19:00 to 21:00.
