DRAWING SESSION: DRAWING STILL LIFE

On November 23, 2023, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students had a drawing session with the topic "Drawing still life", specifically drawing a vase of flowers placed on the table.

Still life - as its name suggests, depicts the beauty of objects in a still state. But the still lifes that students draw often carry two opposing static and dynamic energy fields. "Static" with a vase of flowers lying quietly on the table and "dynamic" with bright colorful petals like the innocent, clear mood of the preparatory class students; or rising up, facing all directions to affirm the determination not to surrender to their fate of STEM class students.

Weekly drawing session at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) aims to help students practice the ability to observe, be patient, be delicate, perceive beauty, know how to create beauty in life, and relieve stress after school.
