EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: EXPLORING EARTH DAY AND CREATIVITY WITH CLAY
On April 11, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in an engaging extra-curricular class to explore the significance of Earth Day. With the goal of raising awareness about environmental protection, teachers organized creative activities for the students to express their love for the planet.
During the practical session, the students worked together to mold Earth models from clay. These colorful clay creations, showcasing the blue of the oceans and the brown of the soil, brought vibrant energy and teamwork to the class.
This session not only introduced the students to environmental concepts but also fostered creativity and collaboration among them.
