GRANTING TRANSPARENT MASKS

 

The Covid-19 Pandemic is breaking out with increasing infection level. The 5K message was again repeated by the Health Care Ministry, suggesting people to implement. 

 

“Transparent Masks” – the passion of Ms. Duong Phuong Hanh, MEd (Director of CED) – meet the requirements for 5K message as well as facilitating communication of people with hearing loss.
