WRITING LETTERS (PEACE PEN PROJECT)

On December 3, 2020, CED students continued with activity in the International Pen Pal Writing Program (PEACE PEN Project).

 

 

After receiving hand-writing letters from friends in Vermont – USA, teachers supported students in translating the letters and explaining the text. Students were eager to see a new language (English) and happy when understanding lovely things that friends wrote to them.

 

Students wrote replies with the instructions from teachers and decorated, drawing pictures with messages sending to their new friends.

 

 

Sau khi nhận được thư tay từ các bạn ở Tiểu bang Vermont – Hoa Kỳ, cô hỗ trợ các em dịch thư và giải thích nội dung mà các bạn muốn gửi đến. Các em háo hức khi được tiếp xúc với một ngôn ngữ mới (tiếng Anh) và vui mừng khi hiểu được những điều đáng yêu mà các bạn viết cho mình. 

 

Các em thực hiện viết thư phản hồi với sự hướng dẫn của cô và cùng trang trí, vẽ hình ảnh mang thông điệp gửi đến người bạn mới quen.

 

 

Although these were just little things and simple questions such as “How does your dog look like?” but they contained many love and joy of knowing a new friend. Students also carefully made gifts and sending to their friends as greetings for the first time they met.
