ART CLASS: TURNING PAPER INTO TOYS
On May 21, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) had a wonderfully engaging lesson as they explored the art of making toys from paper, crafting imaginative and unique creations.
With the dedicated guidance of their teachers, the students were introduced to various basic techniques in folding, cutting, and gluing paper to shape familiar yet distinctive toys. Additionally, they learned how to roll and glue paper to form a funnel, with each funnel varying in shape and size, resulting in a colorful array of handmade products. This activity not only helped refine their dexterity but also stimulated their creativity and imagination. The lesson brought joy to the students and further nurtured their love for art.
