RETURNING BACK EXHIBITION 2020: “SILENT MOMENT”

The “Returning Back” annual exhibition organized by My Thuat Bui for amateur painters aiming to bring up a professional art playground for people who love arts.

 

 

 

 

With this year’s theme SILENT MOMENT, My Thuat Bui wishes to share “silent moments” needed in art experiences: getting idea, painting, exhibiting, contemplating on one’s and others’ paintings. The biggest silent moment in a picture is not in its images nor colours, but in the moment that visitors realize things that are not there in the pictures but presenting in their minds.

 

EVENT PROGRAM:

− Exhibition of more than 80 art works of amateur painters, diverse in materials from colored powder, charcoal, water colour, oil paint… and various styles: landscape, profile, sketch,…

− Talks and understanding of “silent moment” of the author behind each artwork.

− Launching the selected album "Silent Moment".

− Concluding the art auction “Silent Moment” and donating for the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) and Phuc Tue Center for Education of Children with Disability.

1. Hanoi: July 3 – 6, 2020

2. Ho Chi Minh city: July 11 – 14, 2020
