ART CLASS: SPREADING "JOY" AT CED

On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, a special and inspirational Art class was held for the Primary School class at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED). With the aim of nurturing the soul and encouraging creativity, the students participated together in a very meaningful theme: "Drawing Joy."

The lesson was primarily designed, starting with activities to evoke and identify emotions. Under the dedicated guidance of the teacher, vivid emotional icons presented on the whiteboard helped the children easily access and name joy. Subsequently, the classroom atmosphere became lively as the students enthusiastically practiced, transforming those positive emotions into images.

Using diverse materials such as pencils and wax crayons, the children freely created; every stroke and color block demonstrated concentration and passion. The room was gradually filled with bright paintings, each artwork being a very personal and unique way to express "joy." This meaningful activity is not merely about developing basic art skills but is also an effective method to help the children identify, express, and share their own positive emotions through the language of art.
