DRAWING SESSION - THE STORK

On October 5, 2023, the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) had a drawing session for students.

Younger students learned to draw with the theme "The Stork “. This is an image that is quite familiar to students in the introductory lessons. When the teacher finished drawing each small picture, she asked students about the image. If anyone in class drew a picture that was too small compared to the size the teacher requested, she would give specific instructions. In this session, students drew about: stork, fish, the sun, clouds, plants, and a lake.

In this session, the teacher used music therapy to dispel students’ fatigue and stress during drawing time.

The older students drew freely with the theme of their choices.

After finishing drawing, the teacher instructed students to mix colors. In some difficult motifs that needed to be mixed to show the vividness of the painting, the teacher thoughtfully guided each student individually on tricks in color mixing.
