CEREMONY FOR "HEARTS FOR THE COMMUNITY"

On February 5th, 2026, Ms. To Thi Bich Phuong, Vice Director of the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), participated in the 2026 Appreciation Ceremony for "Hearts for the Community" at the invitation of the Board of Directors and Management Board of the Tam Nguyen Viet Foundation. CED is honored to be one of 7 individuals and 3 groups selected by the Tam Nguyen Viet Foundation for recognition and awards for our outstanding contributions to social and charitable work. This recognition is a source of encouragement and positive energy, helping the CED team to fulfill its mission and strive even harder for the community of people with hearing loss.
