PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS NEED CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY TO GET THE RIGHTS AND BENEFITS AS REGULATED BY THE STATE
According to the Law of Disability 2010, the typical rights that people with disabilities have are as following:
- Joining equally in social activities
- Having health care, rehabilitation, education, vocational training, jobs, legal support, access to public works, traffics, information, cultural and sport services, travel and other services that are suitable to the type and level of disabilities.
- Having monthly allowance
- Having health insurance, prioritized medical examination and treatment at hospitals.
- Having exemption and reduction of tuition fees, supporting their study by methods suitable to the type of disability.
- Having vocational training, free job counseling and introduction.
- Having chances for playing and joining cultural and social activities.
- Using public transports with reduced or exempted fares.
Therefore, in order to get the rights and benefits regulated by the state as above, people with hearing loss need certificate of disability.
