TRAINING ON SKILLS FOR ASSISTING PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS IN HOSPITALS (CLASS 8 - 3rd&4th SESSIONS)

On October 30-31, 2021, Ms. Duong Phuong Hanh - Director of CED - trained 30 participants who are medical, social work students and medical staff in HCMC, Ca Mau, Hai Phong on “Skills for supporting people with hearing loss (Deaf and Hard of Hearing / DHoH) in hospitals”.

These two sessions focussed on skills for communicating and assisting people with hearing loss through discussion on various situations and developing procedure in assisting people with hearing loss in hospitals.

This is eighth and also the final training of the project “Promoting the initial legal support and implementation of regulations on medical examination and treatment for people with hearing loss (deaf, hard of hearing and deafened)” of CED, sponsored by EU through JIFF-Oxfam.
