ART CLASS: BUBBLES AND FLYING PARACHUTES IN ART TIME.
On May 14, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) were filled with laughter and colors during a highly creative Art class. With the theme "Creating with Wind," the students got to experience two exciting activities: blowing water bubbles and making flying parachutes from plastic bags.
In the first part of the lesson, using soapy water, the children eagerly blew transparent, sparkling bubbles. Next came the parachute-making activity using plastic bags. With simple materials like plastic bags, string, and small weights, the students created imaginative parachutes together. When tested, the parachutes gently floated on the wind, bringing about bursts of joyful laughter. The class was a memorable experience, allowing the children not only to have fun but also to develop fine motor skills, creative thinking, and teamwork.
