COMMUNITY SUPPORT: SUPPORTING STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP

On July 4, 2025, representatives of the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) had a meeting with representatives of the Faculty and three Social Work students, Ton Duc Thang University, to discuss their career practice plans in July 2025.

Requirements for the career practice program:

- Learn about the general background of CED: review documents, collect information;

- Learn about the jobs of a social worker in the organization;

- Professional duties: students can propose their own tasks or choose assigned ones.

This internship program for students of the Faculty of Social Work, Ton Duc Thang University is within the framework of the “Cooperation Agreement” between CED and the University. This cooperation not only helps students have the opportunity to gain practical experience with a social organization but also helps CED to find potential employees.
