EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: MOTHER’S DAY 2025

On May 16, 2025, STEM students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in an extracurricular session themed "Mother’s Day."

During the session, students explored:

  • Part 1: When is Mother’s Day celebrated each year? The origins and significance of Mother’s Day, as well as traditions observed in different countries.
  • Part 2: Sharing personal reflections about their mothers, along with gifts and heartfelt messages dedicated to them.

Beyond providing cultural insights, the Mother’s Day extracurricular session fostered ethical values such as gratitude and appreciation for mother’s unconditional love and silent sacrifices. It encouraged students to express their love through words and actions, recognizing the immense contributions of their mothers.

After all, Mother is the greatest gift life can offer!
