MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS (ONLINE)

On December 17, 18, 19 and 21, 2021, Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) connected with the Clinic 548 Nguyen Chi Thanh and some doctors of the Phuoc Long Clinic in organizing medical examination and treatment, giving free medicine for people with hearing loss. This is the activity in the framework of the project “Promoting the initial legal support and implementation of regulations on medical examination and treatment for people with hearing loss (deaf, hard of hearing and deafened)” of CED, sponsored by EU through JIFF-Oxfam.

For people with hearing loss who, because of some reason, could not come to the clinic to see the doctor directly, they could be consulted and have medical examination online. At the online medical examination, doctors explained carefully all questions about the previous test-results and the treatment.  

Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing would like to express our sincere gratitude to the doctors, pharmacists, medical staff of the 548 Nguyen Chi Thanh Clinic and the Phuoc Long clinic for their caring and devotion, helping people with hearing loss not feeling isolated and complexity.
