MEETING OF CED-OXFAM PROJECT TEAM AND LECTURER OF THE SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER COURSE

On May 18, 2021, CED-Oxfam Project Team had a meeting with Ms. Kathleen Holcombe – Specialist in Sign Language Interpreting.

 

 

In the meeting, the project team and the Specialist exchanged about the experiences as well as expectations for the coming cooperation. We agreed that there would be more meetings, discussing on content of the activity “Training for Sign Language Interpreters” of the project “Promoting the initial legal support and implementation of regulations on medical examination and treatment for people with hearing loss (deaf, hard of hearing and deafened)” of CED, sponsored by EU through JIFF-Oxfam.

 

Ms. Kathleen Holcombe is currently working at Rochester Institute of Technology, U.S.A.

 

It is a great honour for our project to have the support and companion of Ms. Kathleen Holcombe.
