TRAINING ON SKILLS FOR ASSISTING PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS IN HOSPITALS (Class 5-Session 3&4)

 

On July 10-11, 2021, Ms. Duong Phuong Hanh - Director of CED - trained 34 participants who are health care and medical staff, teachers in special education and students in HCMC, Hanoi, Bac Lieu, Can Tho, Nghe An, Hai Duong, Da Nang, Phu Yen, Dong Nai on “Skills for supporting people with hearing loss (Deaf and Hard of Hearing / DHoH) in hospitals”.

 

These two sessions focused on skills for communicating and assisting people with hearing loss through discussion on various situations and developing procedure in assisting people with hearing loss in hospitals.

 

This is fifth training of the project “Promoting the initial legal support and implementation of regulations on medical examination and treatment for people with hearing loss (deaf, hard of hearing and deafened)” of CED, sponsored by EU through JIFF-Oxfam.
