ART CLASS: WARM AND COOL COLORS
On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the elementary class students at CED joined an engaging visual session with the theme: “Warm Colors, Cool Colors”.
During this lesson, under the teacher's guidance, the children:
• Learn to recognize and distinguish between two basic color groups: vibrant warm tones (red, orange, yellow...) and soothing cool tones (green, blue, purple...).
• Creatively incorporate these color tones into your own unique artworks.
The children's dexterity and color control brought many delightful surprises to the classroom. While one student skillfully controlled warm tones to paint a glowing sunset field with flowers and sunshine, another embraced cool tones to depict a crane working in a snowy scene.
Through the session, the students learned to recognize and control color values, while also discovering how to use color to convey their own emotions and stories in each painting.
