COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNICATION ON THE TOPIC “VEGETABLES"

On December 28, 2022, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students had a comprehensive communication session (listening, speaking, writing, sign language) with the topic "Vegetables".

From observing the magnified images on the interactive board, students were guided to pronounce, write the names of vegetables. Especially for those with severe hearing impairment, additional sign language support was provided.

At the end of the session, there was a review - consolidation and test. Students were showed pictures of vegetables without caption. There were also the crossword puzzles. One by one each student was called to write  and read the names of vegetables on the picture, on each vertical and horizontal rows of the crossword.

Orienting mainly in education for listening and speaking, the comprehensive communication session each week at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) will be one of the factors that help young students more confident on their social inclusion in the future.
