EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: MAKING MOONCAKES

On October 3, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in an exciting extracurricular activity: “Making Mooncakes”.

Under the guidance of their teachers, the students learned about the meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the process of making traditional snow skin mooncakes — from kneading dough, molding shapes, to decorating their finished creations. Each handmade mooncake reflected the children’s creativity, carefulness, and joy in learning.

The activity not only helped students practice hands-on skills and teamwork but also nurtured their love for Vietnamese culture and traditions. The class ended with laughter, warmth, and the sweet aroma of freshly made mooncakes.
