EXTRACURRICULAR: SUMMER REVIEW – BRILLIANT MEMORIES
On August 21, 2026, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), STEM class students gathered for a meaningful extra-curricular session themed “Summer Review”. This was an opportunity for teachers and students to look back on their 3-month journey together, filled with so many memorable experiences.
In the warm atmosphere of the gathering, the students:
- Walked down memory lane: Reflected on a series of diverse activities, from core academic subjects to creative Art classes and energetic English sessions; as well as extra-curricular movie screenings and joyful "learn-through-play" activities.
- Recalled milestones: Looked back at hands-on STEM practice sessions and, most notably, the moments of confident interaction and exchange with international friends.
- Strengthened bonds: Participated in the "Quick Name Writing" game to remember the names and faces of every member in the CED family, deepening their friendship after a vibrant summer.
The most exciting highlight of the event was the "Ring the Golden Bell" competition. The atmosphere became more electric than ever as students simultaneously raised their answer boards. Their intelligence, agility, and determination in answering each question created a dramatic and exhilarating competition.
The review session was not only an opportunity to revisit acquired knowledge but also a place to cherish the moments of personal growth. The happy smiles and the confidence displayed by the students were the most meaningful gifts, successfully concluding a brilliant summer and providing motivation for the journeys ahead.
