LEGAL SUPPORTING SERVICE

CED has officially launched the legal supporting service for people with hearing loss and their families since March 2021. 

 

 

CED is currently looking for 4 cases to support legal consultation for free in these following problems: 

1. Legal problems that people with hearing loss encounter which require lawyer accompanying as authorized representatives for people with hearing loss outside proceeding and in proceeding; in dispute cases related to civil contracts, land, law on marriage and family, criminal code and civil code …

 

2. People with hearing loss going for medical examination and treatment encountering difficulties in services at hospitals: requiring interpreter, not covered by health insurance…
