ART CLASS: OPTICAL ART AND ANALOGOUS COLOR MIXING

On May 21, 2025, at The Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), STEM students participated in an art lesson with the theme “Optical Art and Analogous Color Mixing.”

The session included the following contents:

  • Observing the color wheel to understand analogous colors.
  • Learning about optical art, a two-dimensional drawing technique that creates a three-dimensional "illusion" through shape distortions and line manipulations.
  • Practicing optical art techniques while applying analogous color palettes.

This session helped students refine their ability to select and coordinate harmonious colors, adding richness and uniqueness to their artwork.
