EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: DEVELOPING SELF-CARE SKILLS

On May 23, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in a valuable extracurricular lesson on self-care skills, equipping them with practical knowledge to maintain their health and well-being.

Under the guidance of their teachers, students learned essential skills such as personal hygiene, healthy eating habits, and daily routines. Through interactive activities and hands-on practice, they absorbed important lessons on self-care in everyday life.

The lesson not only raised students' awareness of the importance of self-care but also helped them build confidence and independence. Many expressed excitement about applying what they learned to improve their daily habits and enhance their overall health.
